Honor the season of reawakening with this gentle retreat, led by Serenity Rising and Jenn's Zen Den at the beautiful Shilo Farm in Eliot. ME.

We'll share in a relaxing practice of Yin yoga and guided meditation, interwoven with Reiki, to encourage us to lean into the energy of growth and renewal.
