Distance Reiki
Universal energy can be thought of like waves across a body of water; the energy of one small intentional vibration will magnify and transmit across the surface until the entire field has felt the ripple. Energy work operates under the same notion; there is no such thing as distance, and no distinct past, present, or future in the quantum energy field. All is now, and all is One.
During a distance Reiki session, we work together to channel Universal energy for your highest healing good, wherever you are physically located. Your energy field will react in the same way as it would in an in-person session, so we recommend being in a relaxing, quiet space with limited distractions for the duration of the treatment. These sessions generally last between 15-35 minutes.
We’ll check in with you at your scheduled appointment time, via your preferred method of communication, and briefly discuss any intentions you might have for your session. Then you get to relax, settle into your space and body, and feel the energy moving over and through your body. It can be helpful to record anything that comes up for you, whether you like to dive in to your journal or audio record your thoughts and feelings to process the session; we also take notes of our experience throughout the session.
Once we both finish, we will reach out again to let you know your session is complete. Be on the lookout for our collaborative full write-up of the impressions and intuitive guidance we received for you, and remember that the Reiki energy will continue to support you over the following days.
