The Winter Solstice is an opportunity for us to slow down and direct our attention inward, away from the demands of the outside world, to honor the light within. In this ritual-woven ceremony, Amber and Ruth will guide you toward that light through a gentle yin-inspired movement sequence and guided meditation, flowing into a mini Reiki session for relaxation and energy balance.
