Guided meditation, in which a speaker narrates a series of affirmations, suggestions, or visualizations, is one of the most accessible and popular forms of meditation. It is commonly used to help with sleep, generalized worry, or anxiety, and can gently deepen your connection to your physical body and subconscious mind. Meditation helps us to find pause and transcend the physical limitations of our reality in order to heal.
You can easily find thousands of different meditations on apps or online videos, most of which are very helpful!

We begin with a detailed exploration of what it’s like to be you, and the areas of your life where you would like support meditating or focusing. Ruth will then create a script for a custom meditation that is supportive and personalized for your needs and goals. It’s a deeply healing experience, integrating who you are on a soul level with your experiences in this human life.
